PUBLIC PERFORMANCE RIGHTS: When you purchase any of our Alive Mind Education titles, whether you are a public library, college, university, corporation or non profit group, public performance rights are included. Public performance rights allow educational and non profit groups to exhibit our films to groups of 50 or fewer individuals where admission is not charged. The term of the public performance license is for the life of the DVD. However, if you intend to screen it to an admission or non-admission paying audience of over 50 and to publicly advertise it, then we ask that you contact us regarding a public screening fee.

DIGITAL RIGHTS: When you purchase a DVD with the public performance rights, you may also purchase digital streaming and/or download rights for hosting from an Intranet service that employs DRM. Please contact us for additional information regarding pricing and usage.

SCREENINGS: Many of the titles that we offer are available for semi-theatrical and non-theatrical screenings by for profit and non profit organizations, admission and non-admission charging. Please contact us directly for rates.

SHIPPING: A shipping and handling fee is added to all sales and rentals. Sale orders usually ship within three business days.

RETURNS AND CREDITS: If a DVD that you purchase from us is defective we will either replace it with another copy, or issue you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
